About Our Appointment Coordinator Role
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an appointment coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for liaising with our valuation teams, contacting clients, and securing successful appointments. As the go-to person for your allocated valuers, you will help them by booking appointments and arranging meetings in a way that benefits both parties.
Our Ideal Candidate
- Prior customer service experience is not essential but would be advantageous
- You must possess a friendly, helpful, and courteous phone manner
- Efficient appointment coordination skills are crucial
- You should be able to manage stress under pressure
- A working knowledge of Newcastle locations is necessary
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic are expected
