Key Role in Pharmacy Services
We seek a highly skilled and dedicated pharmacist to deliver high-quality pharmacy services across various healthcare settings. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and effective management of medications.
Responsibilities:
- Clinical reviews and therapeutic review
- Dispensing and sterile/non-sterile production
- Medication counselling and patient education
- Education, mentoring, research, and quality improvement projects
About You
To be successful in this role, you will require a Bachelor of Pharmacy (or equivalent) and registration with the relevant pharmacy board. Strong clinical skills, a commitment to evidence-based practice, and excellent communication skills are essential.
