Job Summary:

We are seeking an innovative, driven leader with a strong background in complex mental health to join our team as a Mental Health Team Leader. This is a pivotal role that requires exceptional leadership and guidance skills to ensure our clients receive the highest level of care and support on their path to recovery.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of peer support workers, mental health workers, and counselors
  • Provide guidance and support on complex cases
  • Work as part of the wider leadership team to ensure a holistic approach is taken
  • Key role in program development and implementation
  • Ensure services are supplied at the best quality standard

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in Mental Health support - Minimum 3/4 years
  • A tertiary qualification in a relevant industry - Psychology, Social Care, Nursing, Allied Health etc
  • Strong experience leading a team - Providing one on one support
  • Ability to work great in a team and through digital environments
