Delivering Exceptional Mental Health Services

This role presents an opportunity to lead a high-performing team and contribute to the provision of quality services for individuals with complex mental health challenges.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of daily operations across services
  • Direction, line management, and support to team leaders
  • Mentorship and coaching of front-line members to maintain standards and effectiveness
  • Ensuring productivity goals are met and risks are escalated and managed appropriately

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Nursing, Social Work, or Counselling
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in Mental Health post-qualification
  • Current registration with a relevant governing body
  • Proven experience leading teams across multiple disciplines
  • Demonstrated commitment to trauma-informed, recovery-oriented, person-centered, and culturally competent service provision
