Key Responsibilities:- Create high-quality recipes that balance flavor, cost, complexity, and customer satisfaction
- Test and refine recipes in our state-of-the-art kitchen facilities
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business parameters and deliver recipes on time
- 1-2 years' experience in recipe development (meal kit, media, magazine, or test kitchen)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a food-related field
- Exceptional written skills for clear, concise recipe methods
- Strong attention to detail and proficiency in MS Word and Excel
