Our esteemed organization seeks a visionary Culinary Leader to spearhead our culinary team in an exciting kitchen environment.
Main Responsibilities:- Strategically lead and motivate a team of chefs and cooks, ensuring consistently high-quality dishes.
- Design and develop menus with weekly specials, seasonal offerings, and locally sourced produce, staying abreast of industry trends.
- Oversight of all food preparation, adhering to strict food safety and hygiene standards, driving operational excellence.
- Analyse food and labour costs to optimize profitability and efficiency.
- Collaborate with senior management to enhance customer experience.
- Mentor junior members of the culinary team, fostering growth and development.
- Stay updated on industry advancements, incorporating new cooking techniques and presentations.
- A minimum 3 years' experience as a Head Chef or equivalent senior culinary role.
- Superb communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop staff.
- Extensive knowledge of food preparation, presentation, and menu development.
- Exceptional time management and problem-solving abilities.
- A passion for using high-quality, locally sourced ingredients.
