Job Opportunity: Senior Culinary Leader

We are seeking an experienced and innovative chef to oversee the daily operations of our busy culinary department.

Job Responsibilities

As a senior culinary leader, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing food production and coordinating multiple functions simultaneously
  • Leading a team of chefs and kitchen staff to ensure exceptional food quality and safety
  • Developing and implementing new menus and recipes to drive business growth
  • Maintaining high standards of customer service and satisfaction

Requirements

  • Relevant trade qualifications, such as Certificate 4 in commercial cooking or higher
  • Previous experience as a senior banqueting leader within a 5-star hotel environment or large-scale catering/events venue
  • A creative and innovative approach to food production
  • Proven leadership, coaching, and mentoring abilities
  • Technical expertise in various cooking techniques, flavors, and cuisines
