About the Position
We are seeking motivated and dedicated individuals to enhance our inbound telecommunications sales team.
This position focuses on driving sales initiatives for NBN and Mobile services, as well as cross-selling our offerings to both new and existing clients through inbound inquiries.
While prior sales experience is advantageous, we welcome all candidates who are eager to learn and develop their skills in this sector.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Managing inbound sales inquiries from prospective and current customers.
- Communicating product details and maximizing opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling.
- Engaging with a diverse range of customers, adapting your approach to various demographics and technical backgrounds.
Each day will bring new challenges, providing you with the chance to grow and refine your skill set. Strong negotiation and objection handling abilities will be crucial for your success.
