About the Position

We are seeking motivated and dedicated individuals who are willing to go the extra mile for our clients to join our inbound telecommunications sales team.

This position primarily focuses on driving all NBN and mobile sales initiatives, as well as cross-selling our offerings to both new and existing clients through inbound inquiries.

While prior sales experience is advantageous, we welcome all candidates who are eager to learn and grow in this sector.

In this role, you will manage inbound sales inquiries from new and existing clients. Your responsibilities will include communicating product and plan details while maximizing cross-selling and up-selling opportunities. You will engage with a diverse range of customers, encompassing various ages and levels of technical knowledge.

Each day will present new and exciting challenges, providing you with the chance to enhance your skill set. Your strong negotiation and objection handling abilities will be essential for your success.
