About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join our highly valued Service Centre Team as a Casual Operator and Customer Experience Expert. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, technical support, and troubleshooting expertise to our Australian customers.
You'll work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with colleagues, technicians, and partners to ensure seamless operations. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, you will engage in an informative training program to learn about TOMRA's innovative technology and procedures.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing hotline technical support to partners and colleagues in the field
- Monitoring systems and running diagnostics via a web-based portal
- Interacting with technicians, colleagues, and partners visiting sites
- Analysing anomalies and taking corrective actions
- Performing configurations and changes to machines remotely online
