Job Description

This is a full-time role within a dynamic business operating 7 days a week. Our Service Centre operates between 7:00am and 10:00pm daily, monitoring our systems throughout NSW via remote login to minimize downtime and coordinate all onsite maintenance and repairs.

The role serves as the nerve-centre of the TOMRA operation, providing technical support to partners and colleagues in the field, handling customer queries and complaints, and performing various system-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance to partners and colleagues in the field
  • Assist with customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
  • Monitor systems and perform diagnostics via a web-based portal
  • Interact with technicians, colleagues, and partners visiting sites
  • Analyze anomalies and implement corrective actions
  • Perform remote online configurations and changes to machines
  • Coordinate onsite maintenance and repairs

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications. This figure reflects the typical compensation range for this role in the Sydney area, taking into account factors such as cost of living, industry standards, and job requirements.
