
Public Sector Growth Representative

As a Business Development Representative at Canva, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships. This involves identifying, developing, and nurturing key relationships with customers, partners, and other stakeholders to drive sales and revenue growth.
You will be responsible for collaborating closely with our Sales and Success team to identify new business opportunities, optimize existing partnerships, and ensure the successful implementation and utilization of our products and services. This includes working cross-functionally with our marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of business development initiatives.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will be expected to deliver on weekly, monthly, and quarterly key performance metrics, which will include pipeline generation and hygiene strategies. This requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to think creatively and strategically.
About You
We're looking for someone with a proven track record of successfully identifying and executing partnerships that drive revenue growth. You'll need excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, as well as experience with cold outreach, account planning, pre-call preparation, opportunity qualification, and objection handling.
Able to think creatively and strategically, you'll be able to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and develop innovative solutions to drive business growth. You'll also need to be organized, possess great time management skills, and be goal-oriented and driven.
Key Responsibilities
