About This Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our Northern NSW/Gold Coast Service Sales team as a Business Development Manager. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in promoting visibility of our organization within the market, driving growth through new recurring service business opportunities, and developing innovative digitally enabled service products.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer-facing skills, a proven track record in sales, and the ability to identify customer needs and priorities. Strong pipeline management, experience with Salesforce (SFDC), and excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also essential.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Industry networking to promote visibility of our organization in the market
  • Driving growth via new recurring service business opportunities by identifying, qualifying, selling, and closing 'New Planned Service Agreements' (PSA)
  • Developing 'New PSA' offerings, including digitally enabled service products
  • Industry networking to promote visibility of our organization in the market
  • Working in partnership with local teams to support successful development of proposals and estimates
  • Establishing and building client relationships to clearly identify their needs and priorities
  • Negotiation and agreement on contract terms and conditions
  • Closing deals and initiating handover to service delivery teams
