We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Event Coordinator to support the planning, execution and delivery of exceptional events and functions. Working closely with the Events Team and key stakeholders, this role is responsible for taking event briefs, developing detailed project scope documents and overseeing all stages of event coordination—from initial concept to post-event follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project manage events to ensure both the highest standard of event but also the highest standard of communication to all parties ensuring members always feel the project is under control.
  • Source suppliers and form good relationships and maintain the associated internal rate card.
  • Closely monitor the budget and ensure high levels of communication
  • Provide strong support in the lead up to and at the actual event acting as a clear point of contact
  • Supervise work by contractors or external suppliers
  • Manage feedback and concerns promptly ensuring member satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • A strong hospitality or hotel/restaurant background
  • Ability to manage multiple projects
  • Highly experienced in managing budgeting and forecasting
  • Understanding of high-end luxury events and expectations
  • Contact within the industry around suppliers
