Event Producer Role

Job Summary:

The Event Producer will lead the execution of owned events, artist tours, and pop-ups across Sydney and Melbourne. This is a hands-on role that requires someone who can be on the ground shaping what events and touring look like for the next wave of nightlife in Australia.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with venues, production teams, and suppliers to lock in sound, lighting, staging, and all production requirements.
  • Coordinate artist tech riders and serve as on-the-day contact for venues and performers.
  • Manage ticketing and all venue-related logistics.
  • Run weekly internal meetings and fortnightly stakeholder check-ins.
Creative Execution:
  • Oversee delivery of custom decor, branding, and installations, from inflatables and props to actors, dancers, and visual styling that brings each concept to life.
  • Manage set-up and pack-down of each event with precision and consistency.
Talent & Artist Coordination:
  • Handle back-and-forth with artist management on assets, approvals, tech specs, flights, accommodation, and more.
  • Support the booking process and help maintain strong relationships with agents and artists.
Content & Comms:
  • Execute key organic social milestones mapped out in our content planner, coordinating with the content team to ensure timely rollout across our channels.
