The Opportunity

We have an urgent requirement for a Senior Program Coordinator to join a high-performing team and play a pivotal role in delivering a major rollout project within the utilities sector. This is an exciting chance to step into a program that is fast-moving, impactful, and backed by strong leadership.

You'll bring proven expertise in governance and project financials, along with the versatility to manage smaller initiatives that help drive overall program success.

This is a 12-month contract with strong potential for extensions, offering excellent flexibility, with just one day per week in the office.

The Role

As a Senior Program Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in keeping two key program workstreams moving seamlessly. Your day-to-day will involve:

  • Coordinating activities across technical and business teams to ensure delivery remains on track
  • Providing high-quality project support, including documentation, governance reporting, scheduling, and administration
  • Taking full ownership of program financials, including month-end reporting, budgeting, and cost tracking
  • Partnering with program leads to engage stakeholders across both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Overseeing dependencies, milestones, risks, and deliverables with a sharp eye for detail
  • Contributing ideas to strengthen systems, processes, and reporting frameworks
  • Leading and delivering smaller project initiatives with autonomy

About You

  • Solid work ethic, with an energetic and positive personality
