Job Overview

Bamara is seeking a skilled Training and Program Manager to oversee the success of our RTO and Australian Apprenticeship Support Services division.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensure Bamara meets internal revenue targets, contractual requirements, and statutory obligations for Australian Apprenticeship Support Services in NSW.
  • Lead and motivate teams to achieve set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Australian Apprenticeship Support Services.
Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the industry.
  • High level of computer literacy.
  • Strong leadership and financial acumen with understanding of business process development methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to develop positive relationships with stakeholders.
  • Able to recruit, motivate, and manage teams to achieve organisational goals.
  • Demonstrated business development skills with a proven track record of successful client acquisition.
