Job Title:

Service Delivery Executive

We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Executive to join our team. This is a key role in the leadership team, responsible for developing, managing and monitoring services in line with our charity's mission and aims.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • - Develop, manage and monitor services in line with our charity's mission and aims.

  • - Manage day-to-day operations and projects.

  • - Work with the CEO to develop and open new services.

  • - Collaborate with project leads to diversify income streams.

  • - Act as deputy to the CEO.

Requirements:

- Strong management and leadership skills.

- Experience of developing and implementing service strategies.

- Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
