Training and Development Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Training and Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality training programs that meet the needs of our employees.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design, adult learning theory, and facilitation skills. They will also have experience with e-learning platforms and the ability to analyze data to inform training decisions.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Create and deliver training programs that enhance employee knowledge, skills, and performance
  • Analyze data to identify training needs and develop targeted interventions
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop training content
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors

Requirements:

  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
  • Background in Health & Safety or related field
  • Experience with eLearning and building training packages
  • Computer skills and experience with training software
