We're seeking a highly skilled Staff Data Engineer to lead our data engineering infrastructure and drive business impact. As the technical leader, you'll be responsible for developing and optimizing scalable data pipelines, ensuring data quality and accuracy, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align data systems with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Own and develop Blinq's data engineering infrastructure to support business growth.
- Design and build scalable data pipelines to collect, transform, and load data into databases, warehouses, or lakes.
- Implement robust validation and observability processes to ensure data quality and accuracy.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Engineering teams to measure success effectively.
- Strategic thinking and technical leadership skills to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Expertise in designing and building scalable data pipelines using industry-standard tools and technologies.
- Strong understanding of data quality and accuracy principles and ability to implement robust validation and observability processes.
