
AML Compliancy Specialist

This role focuses on implementing initiatives to ensure Anti-Money Laundering (AML)/Counter Terrorism Financing (CTF) regulations are upheld in a financial market access environment.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead the AML Compliance team and drive strategy
- Advise stakeholders on AML/KYC Compliance matters and foster partnerships
- Collaborate with management to implement the company's AML/CTF Program
- Develop risk awareness training programs
- Manage independent reviews of the AML/CTF Program
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and compliance requirements
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in AML/CTF compliance
- Strong understanding of Australian financial services regulations and laws
- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with stakeholders
This is a mid-senior level, full-time position requiring strong commercial and operational focus, as well as ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
