As a Senior Business Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, profitability, and operational excellence within a leading global industry leader.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will be responsible for developing business strategies, analysing performance, and implementing financial plans aligned with business objectives.

  • Act as a critical member of the finance SLT, providing commercial support to the General Manager Sales, CFO, Supply Chain Manager, CEO, and broader executive leadership team.
  • Develop and implement financial plans, analyse performance, and identify opportunities for revenue growth and profit enhancement.
  • Evaluate market trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decision making.

Key requirements include:

  • CA/CPA/MBA qualified with significant experience in medium to large, complex business partnering sales and supply chain functions.
  • Superior commercial orientation with demonstrated experience partnering operational executives.
  • Transformational zeal and a flair for process improvement, with ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Advanced financial modelling and analytical skills, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
