About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Strategist to join our team in Melbourne, Australia. As a key member of our cross-functional team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and success.

As a Senior Business Strategist, you will be responsible for gathering and translating client business and system requirements into functional and technical specifications. Your expertise will ensure that we deliver high-quality solutions that meet and exceed client expectations.

  • Gather and translate client business and system requirements into functional and technical specifications
  • Work closely with stakeholders and vendors to ensure requirements are captured and delivered on time
  • Develop accurate user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows
  • Groom the backlog to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Communicate dependencies, issues, or risks and plan to resolve throughout project delivery
Requirements

To be successful as a Senior Business Strategist, you will possess:

  • Excellent facilitation and presentation skills
  • A strong technical background, including experience with content management systems, APIs, and web services
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to bring order to chaos
  • Multi-tasking skills, with ability to manage competing priorities and stakeholder demands
