Impact and Innovation Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced coordinator to make a significant impact across our organization.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring we retain our excellent reputation for service delivery, particularly during catastrophic weather events that impact our clients' local communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the safety management system within our program, ensuring all policies, procedures, and inspections are up-to-date.
  • Support our internal auditing program to drive continual improvement.
  • Facilitate inductions, including onboarding and regional training, to ensure alignment with program objectives.
  • Coordinate pre-starts using our system, across regions as agreed with the Program and H&S Leads.
  • Provide system reporting support, adhering to frequency and expectations of the program lead and client.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience managing disaster recovery projects.
  • Strong experience in Hammertech is essential.
  • Ability to motivate teams and work autonomously while managing multiple priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills, analytical and empathetic abilities.
  • Competent Microsoft Office user, with strong communication and planning skills.
