Job Title: Responsible Business Coordinator

About the Role

  • Coordinate projects to support our global efforts to operate ethically and sustainably.
  • Manage events, support pro bono operations, and collaborate with stakeholders across Asia-Pacific and globally.
  • Provide support on initiatives including our Global Scholarship Program, New Perimeter, and internal sustainability efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle matter openings, conflict checks, Anti Money Laundering processes, and engagement letters.
  • Support pro bono partners with calendar schedules, travel, expenses, and secondments.
  • Organise events and manage logistics.
  • Collect and report pro bono data.
  • Prepare internal/external communications and presentations.
  • Coordinate projects with charity partners and legal centres.

Requirements

  • 3+ years' experience in a secretarial or project coordination role (professional services preferred).
  • Strong initiative, independence, and teamwork.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • High attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Possession for social justice and sustainability.
