This role involves supporting a high-impact transformation program delivering new case management capabilities. As Program Coordinator, you'll report directly to the Program Director and provide coordination support across program and project activities.
A key aspect of this position is ensuring seamless collaboration and communication among stakeholders. This includes managing documentation, maintaining key registers (risks, issues, decisions, dependencies), and supporting governance meetings, scheduling sessions, preparing agendas, and tracking actions.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in program/project coordination in complex environments, strong documentation and register management skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration platforms.
