Transportation Solutions Strategist

As a Transportation Solutions Strategist, you will be the key liaison between Via and our partners, driving the development and optimization of advanced transportation networks in Canadian cities. You will work closely with mayors, CEOs, and innovation leaders to design and implement tailored transportation solutions that meet the unique needs of each community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive transportation strategies for Via's partner cities, ensuring seamless collaboration with local stakeholders.
- Provide expert guidance to partners on how to leverage Via's technology to enhance their transportation systems and drive revenue growth.
- Contribute to strategic decision-making, project planning, and entrepreneurial approaches to ensure the success of Via's solutions in each city.
- Analyze large datasets from Via's platform to provide actionable insights to executives, helping them make informed decisions about mobility trends and community needs.
- Negotiate complex partnership agreements between Via and public agencies, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
Requirements:
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in client-facing roles, including consulting, customer success, or success at a high-growth company.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, navigate complex situations, and take on leadership roles within Via.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for building relationships and driving growth.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to draw insights from complex data sets and provide actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on delivering results as a team player.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary will be determined based on experience, knowledge, and skills.
- Salary Range: CAD$130K-$140K.
