Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Marketing & Communications Manager for a pivotal role within a leading law firm.

This is a senior position that requires an accomplished legal marketing professional who can elevate the firm's profile in the market, deliver impactful campaigns, and leverage strong media connections.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and execute high-impact marketing campaigns and communications to enhance brand awareness and promote key team members' profiles.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to produce engaging content, including blogs, thought leadership, podcasts, case studies, announcements, and digital media.
  • Design and deliver a range of marketing materials, resources, and videos aligned to the firm's strategy and brand.
  • Ensure consistency across all branding and corporate identity materials.
  • Manage the firm's website and social media platforms, ensuring regular, high-quality updates.
  • Oversee sponsorships, memberships, and merchandise to ensure alignment with marketing objectives.
  • Maintain a detailed marketing & events calendar to coordinate initiatives across the business.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Partner with the Events Coordinator on client and staff events, including guest lists, vendor management, and post-event reporting.
About You
  • Proven marketing & communications experience within a law firm is essential.
  • Strong campaign management skills and a track record of delivering measurable results.
  • Excellent content creation skills with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences.
  • Existing network of media contacts, ideally within the legal sector.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
  • Mid-Senior level experience.
  • Available to commence immediately.
  • Based in Sydney.
