About the Role:
- Lead the development of business intelligence reports to inform data-driven decision making.
- Oversee the creation of data models to combine digital media ads data, driving insights and actionable outcomes.
- Manage a team of BI analysts, guiding them in the design and delivery of dashboards and reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Communicate complex analytical findings to stakeholders at all levels, using clear and concise language.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years proven experience in a BI role within the media, marketing or advertising industry (or similar).
- Strong analytical skills and experience with BI tools and data visualization software - Power BI, Alteryx, SQL.
- Excellent leadership and project management abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
