This role combines technical expertise with business acumen to drive adoption of data-driven solutions and optimise strategic decision-making.
Main Responsibilities
- Support the deployment and drive adoption of new systems and data solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives, gather requirements, and translate them into actionable insights.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI or Salesforce to support strategic decision-making.
- Extract, analyse, and visualise data, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Act as a trusted business partner, building strong relationships with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Lead and facilitate workshops and meetings, providing consultation to prioritise and identify solutions that meet business requirements.
- Analyse and document complex business processes, identify areas for improvement, and opportunities to automate or streamline.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless implementation of solutions, providing guidance and support where needed.
Requirements
- A minimum Bachelor's Degree with at least 4 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in data analysis and business partnering, preferably within regulated sectors such as medical devices, pharmaceuticals, consumer health or FMCG.
- Experience building and leveraging insights from Power BI dashboard solutions.
- Experience with Tableau is desirable.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel for data analysis; PowerPoint for presentations).
- Professional accreditation as a Salesforce Administrator is highly desirable.
- Results-oriented with strong strategic planning, organisation and time-management skills.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail, proactive attitude, and growth mindset.
- Experience working in an Agile environment, with knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools.
- AI solutions experience is highly desirable.
