Job Title

As an Operations Insights Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving business outcomes through data-driven decision making.

The successful candidate will conduct detailed analysis of operational data, including fulfillment center performance, delivery metrics, and vendor/seller efficiency.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing large operational datasets to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Building and maintaining KPI dashboards and reporting in Looker to ensure adoption and visibility across the organization
  • Providing ad-hoc and deep-dive analyses to support business decisions and process improvements
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process efficiencies and cost savings opportunities
Requirements
  • 3-6 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or operations analytics
  • Strong SQL skills and proficiency in GCP/BigQuery and Looker
  • Experience with scripting languages such as AppScript or Python is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
