As an analytical professional, you will enhance commercial revenue streams through data-driven insights and customer-centric strategies. This role is pivotal in identifying opportunities to improve customer experiences, drive revenue growth, and explore emerging digital revenue channels.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Provide timely and valuable analytical insights to stimulate revenue growth and inform strategic decisions.

- Champion business cases that adopt new technologies and data analytics to enrich customer experiences and operational efficiency.

- Segment and assess our expanding digital customer base, leveraging the full potential of Salesforce for optimal performance.

- Implement inventive data collection strategies to enhance customer personas and their value.

- Collaborate with marketing teams to steer customer acquisition and sales funnel initiatives.

- Harness machine learning and artificial intelligence to uncover growth opportunities within customer cohorts and their value.

**Requirements:**

- Translate strategic concepts into successful business outcomes.

- Drive results and engage key decision-makers with strong communication and influencing skills.

- Understand retail, e-commerce, and digital analytics.

- Deliver digital revenue strategies and product delivery with experience in data analytics-related roles.

- Proficient in digital marketing, customer survey methodologies, and techniques, as well as tools like Microsoft Azure, Power BI, Salesforce, Snowflake, SQL, R/Python.

- Implement data science models, including propensity, clustering, and segmentation, with advanced skills in customer segmentation, lifecycle analysis, and assessing customer value.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in a data analytics-related role.
