Linkforce is a leading integrated maintenance, engineering and project services delivery business. With over 2,800 personnel nationwide, our extensive fleet of modern vehicles and equipment operate across the country.

As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Receptionist to join our Operations team at our new CBD head office. This full-time permanent position involves working Monday to Friday, from 8:00am to 5:00pm, and every third Saturday from 8:00am to 1:00pm.

The Role
  • Welcome visitors with a positive and friendly attitude, advising staff members of their arrival.
  • Answer and manage all incoming calls, correspondence, and emails efficiently.
  • Raise and issue purchase orders using PRONTO & update relevant systems promptly.
  • Assist with AOD screen processing and other administrative duties as required.
  • Coordinate and manage office & team processes, including visitor registrations, mail, couriers, and other office resources effectively.
  • Data entry and document uploading in a timely manner.
  • Manage and maintain office areas, meeting rooms, and equipment to ensure a professional environment.
About You
  • You will have at least 1+ years of experience working in a similar role, preferably within a corporate environment.
  • A well-presented individual with excellent communication skills and a 'people person' attitude.
  • Highly organised and able to manage conflicting priorities efficiently.
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy under pressure.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
  • Familiarity with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
  • Mining Industry knowledge or experience is advantageous but not essential for this role.
  • A National Police Check is required for successful candidates.

Estimated Salary

$60,000 - $80,000 per annum based on location and industry standards.
