Senior Project Engineer Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Engineer to lead our infrastructure projects from design to delivery.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in both design and construction, with a strong background in infrastructure and earthworks. They will be responsible for overseeing project-specific documentation, providing technical guidance to project teams, and ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, and project milestones.

  • Maintain accurate project records, including quality, safety, and environmental plans.
  • Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to develop effective solutions to complex problems.
  • Supervise site activities to ensure timely completion of projects, within budget and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure alignment between project deliverables and client requirements.
  • Provide expert technical guidance on construction methods, modifications, and structural repairs.
  • Implement and audit QA/QC processes to maintain compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven track record in similar roles or relevant experience in bulk earthworks and road infrastructure projects.
  • Demonstrated expertise in effective HSQE management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with key stakeholders and clients.
