Law Firm Operations Director

Established over 50 years ago on the Gold Coast, our organization has built a strong reputation as a reliable and experienced provider of legal services in southeast Queensland.
We are currently seeking an experienced Practice Manager to join our team.
The position is for a permanent full-time Practice Manager who will report directly to the Partners and work closely with the Assistant Practice Manager.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in managing law firms, a detailed understanding of Queensland trust accounting regulations, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintenance and recording of transactions in the trust account
- Daily bank reconciliations and end-of-month reporting
- Processing of all cheques and receipts
- Management of accounts payable and receivable
- Preparation of annual budget and financial statements
- Human Resource management, including staff performance and training
- Operations management, including budgets, plans, and marketing strategies
