Overview

A respected and long-standing Family Law practice on the Gold Coast is growing its team following recent promotions. They are seeking a motivated Paralegal who has already gained some grounding in Family Law and is eager to further develop their expertise with the support of senior practitioners.

This role offers the chance to work in a close-knit, professional environment where your contributions are valued and your career progression is supported.

What You Bring
  • At least 12 months' experience in Family Law
  • Working knowledge of property and parenting matters
  • Passion for working in Family Law
  • Clear and confident communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills and sound tech capability
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Eagerness to learn and take direction from experienced mentors
Key Responsibilities
  • Taking initial client enquiries and providing timely support
  • Drafting correspondence and preparing legal documents
  • Assisting with court filings and compiling briefs for counsel
  • Managing case files, liaising with clients, courts, and professionals
  • Offering general administrative assistance to the wider team
