Job Description:

  • E-commerce Strategy and Growth: Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy to drive growth, optimize online merchandising, and enhance user experience.
  • Websites and Digital Channels: Manage and oversee the Giorgio Armani Beauty brand website, ensuring its profitability, functionality, and competitiveness.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze customer data to inform business decisions, identify areas for improvement, and carve out further growth opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders, local agencies, and overseas counterparts to leverage best practices and drive ecommerce levers.

Requirements:

  • Commercial Experience: Proven track record in managing online websites within retail/fashion or beauty environments.
  • CRM and Data Analysis: Strong experience in CRM management and strategic consumer data analysis.
  • Analytical Mindset: A natural collaborator with strong analytical skills to influence stakeholders and drive ecommerce growth.
  • Communication Skills: Articulate vision and work in partnership with stakeholders to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
