Ecommerce Business Growth Expert

Drive business growth as an ecommerce manager by leveraging data-driven insights and strategic planning to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement data-led strategies to drive revenue growth across Amazon and other marketplaces.
  • Collaborate with brand partners to build and execute joint business plans that drive mutual success.
  • Deliver best-in-class marketplace execution, including SEO-optimised content, A+ pages, localised copy, and targeted advertising.
  • Analyse performance regularly across multiple data sources to identify opportunities, address issues, and drive continuous optimisation.
  • Manage inventory and demand planning to ensure strong in-stock positions and sales continuity.
  • Act as the main point of contact for your client portfolio, building strong relationships and clearly communicating progress, risks, and results.
  • Lead multiple projects simultaneously, using strong project management skills to deliver work on time and to a high standard.
  • Prioritise effectively across brands and tasks, focusing on activities with the greatest commercial impact.
  • Solve problems proactively - whether operational, strategic or technical - using initiative, resourcefulness and collaboration.
  • Continuously improve how we work, identifying ways to streamline, automate and scale account management processes.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated success in managing an ecommerce business.
  • 2-3 years' experience in an ecommerce or digital marketing role.
  • Amazon marketplace experience highly regarded, but not essential.
  • Bachelor's degree with solid academic performance (Distinction or equivalent GPA).
  • Strong skills in Excel and/or Google Sheets - confident in working with formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
  • Confident presenter with the ability to distil complex ideas into clear, compelling updates and recommendations.
  • Creative thinker and proactive problem solver.
  • Highly organised and disciplined with excellent attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
  • Adaptable, curious, and willing to learn on the fly.

The Team:

Work collaboratively with the ecommerce team and be supervised by the Associate Director. The team is data-driven and results-oriented. You will collaborate regularly with members of your team to implement actionable solutions. Ideas and input are encouraged from all members.
