Ecommerce Business Development Manager

SunRice is an Australian food exporter with a presence in multiple countries. As the National Business Manager eCommerce ANZ, you will play a key role in transforming SunRice's online presence in Australia and New Zealand to drive growth and profitability.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Driving sales by orchestrating traffic, conversion, and basket value
- Collaborating with e-commerce partners to develop joint business plans
- Analyzing visitor behavior and implementing strategies based on findings
- Improving customer experience through data-driven insights
- Developing online campaigns to drive customer acquisition
- Ensuring all campaigns are driven by strategy and ROI
The ideal candidate will have:
- Tertiary qualification in Business/Marketing/Sales or similar
- 6+ years' experience in high-growth e-commerce b2b and/or direct-to-consumer
- Experience working within the online food, groceries, or FMCG sector
- Experience with digital analytics tools and CRO/CRM platforms
