- Enter data accurately using Microsoft Office Suite and maintain up-to-date records.
- Distribute mail to the relevant departments and assist in administrative tasks.
- A genuine interest in working in an administrative role and contributing to our team's success.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and adapt to changing priorities.
- Previous experience in customer-facing environments is desirable.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Adaptability, willingness to learn, and grow in the role are highly valued.
