Customer Experience Leader

As a Customer Experience Manager, you will have true ownership and autonomy in this role by championing customer satisfaction and driving business growth through excellent service delivery.
You will work directly with our operational teams to identify and implement improvements that drive internal case management and customer service capabilities. Key responsibilities include:
- Representing WorkFocus as the primary point of contact for our workers compensation customers.
- Delivering repeat business and/or new business in the workers compensation scheme.
- Developing and implementing strategies to secure new customers and drive revenue growth.
- Maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders to foster collaborative working practices.
