The role of Retirement Community Manager involves overseeing the daily operations of two Retirement Villages, ensuring exceptional experiences and quality services for residents.

Key responsibilities include managing a small team, engaging with the community, effective financial management, meeting with Resident Committee, and conducting self-assessments.

We are seeking an experienced manager with strong financial acumen, compliance driven individual, stakeholder engagement, problem solving and conflict resolution skills.

This role requires a proven ability to identify, meet and exceed key outcomes of national accreditation, as well as experience in leading teams and managing gardening/contract services.

A successful candidate will be able to motivate and lead staff effectively, manage multiple priorities and ensure the highest standards of customer service are maintained.
