Village Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a results-driven Village Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our serviced apartment retirement village.

  • Manage and maintain high operational standards, ensuring the comfort and happiness of residents.
  • Lead and support a team, fostering a positive, safe, and people-focused culture.
  • Develop and implement operational plans, including community engagement programs and maintenance initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work on competing priorities. A current driver's license and own transport are required.
