The Opportunity:
As a Technical Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for providing technical support and leadership in the creation and delivery of technology solutions designed to meet customers' business needs. You will work closely with our clients to understand their businesses, provide trusted advice, and ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.
We are looking for an expert in Enterprise ITSM tools, with experience managing multiple technologies and a strong understanding of secure communication. A certification in containerization technologies (Kubernetes) would be an advantage.
Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing technical solutions, collaborating with our sales team to present domain-specific information, and leading small to medium-sized technical projects. You will also be expected to liaise with our Solutions Architects to ensure alignment and coherence in the technical approach.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional experience in a similar role and a Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field; without a degree, three additional years of relevant professional experience (8+ years in total).
- Sufficient depth and breadth of technical knowledge to design and scope multiple deliverables across multiple technologies.
- Ability to develop solutions that enhance the availability, performance, maintainability, and agility of a particular customer's enterprise.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and a strong understanding of architectural dependencies of technologies in use in the customer's IT environment.
- Able to diagnose complex technical problems and summarize prognosis and impact at practice lead level.
- Demonstrated ability to lead others in gathering requirements, designs, plans, and estimates.
