Dairy Farm Manager

Location: Various sites in NSW and VIC.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Dairy Farmer to manage the daily operations of our farm with minimal supervision. The role involves general operation management, pasture management, milk harvesting, feeding, administrative tasks, and maintenance.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and time management skills, be self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as part of a team. Responsibilities include leading a small team and training new team members.

This is a full-time position that may require weekend work and occasional unplanned hours.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in agriculture or higher equivalent
  • At least 3 years recent relevant work experience
