Job Description:

As a Senior Dairy Cattle Stockperson, you will be responsible for overseeing the production team at a dairy farm in Wye, SA. Your primary goal will be to ensure efficient and high-quality milk production, meeting strict Australian standards.

Key responsibilities include planning and coordinating milking routines, implementing reproductive programs, and managing pastures and crops. You will also analyze produce to maintain quality standards and supervise animal health programs.

In addition, you will oversee work routines and staff performance, including less experienced employees. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to implement and monitor quality assurance procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • AQF Certificate III in Agriculture/Dairy Production (or higher equivalent)
  • Three (3) years of recent and relevant work experience
