Position Overview
This role encompasses a 0.2 FTE with a 0.8 Teaching Load
The QCE Coordinator plays a pivotal role in assisting four Queensland-based Campus Principals (CPs) and Heads of Department (HODs) to ensure that all students are placed in appropriate curriculum programs. This position is crucial for ensuring that all curriculum and assessment processes comply with regulations, facilitating the successful achievement of the Year School Certificate.
The QCE Coordinator will report directly to the District Principal regarding all administrative aspects of the QCE program at OneSchool Global and will maintain communication with the Queensland Curriculum and Assessment Authority (QCAA). Additionally, they will be accountable to the Regional Teaching & Learning Team, which oversees the quality, coordination, and implementation of the Year 3 – 12 Curriculum in alignment with the Learning to Learn Framework.
Candidate Profile
Essential Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher with significant experience in QCE education
- Comprehensive understanding of QCE operational elements
- Proficient in managing and maintaining up-to-date administrative records
- Able to establish effective working relationships with relevant QCAA personnel
- Experience in moderating QCE assessments

- Advanced qualifications in Educational Leadership and Management
- Experience in teaching and learning within a technology-enhanced environment
- Background in engaging with communities at a high level
- Experience in diverse educational settings or collaboration with a broad range of professionals
