We are seeking a Digital Analytics Specialist to join our team, where you will play a key role in shaping web and app platforms through data-driven insights.
As a Digital Analytics Specialist, you will work closely with teams across the organization to provide actionable insights from digital customer data that support product optimization and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:- Minimum 2+ years' hands-on experience in digital analytics or customer insights roles, ideally within a digital-first or eCommerce environment.
- Proven experience with Adobe Analytics and/or Google Analytics for analyzing customer behavior and journeys.
- Strong SQL and/or Python skills for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
- Comfortable working with large datasets to identify trends, pain points, and performance drivers.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Demonstrated ability to generate actionable insights that influence product, marketing or customer experience decisions.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including digital product, UX, and marketing.
You'll also have:
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Skilled at storytelling through data — presenting complex insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and a passion for continuous improvement.
- Effective stakeholder engagement and the ability to build trusted relationships across teams.
- Ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
