Digital Business Insights Specialist

This is a Digital Analyst role that will be pivotal in helping measure performance, define business objectives, and drive data-driven decisions.
The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of user behavior, enabling them to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable insights.
Key responsibilities include working closely with cross-functional teams, gathering and sharing audience data, and presenting analytics to stakeholders. Proficiency in tools like Adobe Analytics is essential, along with strong SQL skills and an analytical mindset.
With 5+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably in a consumer-facing product, the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be able to effectively collaborate with multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with Product, CRM, Editorial, and Marketing teams to gather and share audience data and analytics.
- Support tracking and analytics for cross-line-of-business owned channel campaigns, providing regular reporting on campaign effectiveness.
- Offer data-backed recommendations to optimize user engagement and conversion on marketing campaigns.
- Present analytics and insights to the digital team and various lines-of-business stakeholders on a regular basis.
