Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst Data Consultant to join our team. As a Business Analyst Data Consultant, you will play a key role in helping us achieve our goals by performing business analysis, data analysis and relationship management using the available data to improve business efficiency, productivity, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Performing business analysis, data analysis and relationship management using available data.
  • Working closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements.
  • Analyzing current processes, identifying areas for improvement and designing solutions that align with strategic goals and deliverables.
  • Gathering and documenting requirements, facilitating workshops and ensuring stakeholders have a shared understanding of desired outcomes and deliverables.
  • Generating meaningful data insights and analytics to inform decision-making, enhance service delivery and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.


Requirements:
  • Demonstrated technical knowledge.
  • Proven ability to interpret and translate complex technical documentation into clear, actionable insights.
  • Experience in facilitation solution design discussions between technical specialists and business stakeholders within an Agile DevOps environment.
  • Proven leadership experience, including coaching and leading high-performing teams.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
